With extensive experience spanning Chicago, Washington, D.C., Florida, and Puerto Rico, he has spearheaded pioneering programs and campaigns in government, labor, and non-profit sectors. Since 2002, Marcos has been a driving force behind impactful civic engagement efforts in Florida, particularly within the Puerto Rican and Hispanic communities of Central Florida, leaving an indelible mark on the landscape of advocacy and community empowerment.

Inma migrated to the US from Spain in 1996 to pursue a career in early child development and education. She is a natural leader who had worked as an educator and school administrator for more than 20 years and now puts her skills and knowledge to work at Alianza by ensuring our office runs at its maximum potential.

Carla was born and raised in Puerto Rico, she moved to Florida in 2016 where she continued her education in public administration and intelligence and national security. She has worked in higher education, local and state government where she has implemented ways to pay for education and innovative programs to assist the community. Her unique experience and fresh approach enables her to be a powerful voice for the community.

With over 20 years of experience in the media industry, Angel Sepúlveda is a communications director, programming director, and media leader who has created and produced captivating content for diverse audiences in Radio, Television, Digital & Social Media, and OTT platforms in the United States and Latin America. He is an Emmy Award winner and a former Regional Vice President of the Suncoast Regional Emmy Awards Florida Chapter at The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
